This program can be utilized in any business environment: production, research, product development, office, sales, etc. The format makes it possible for anyone with computer access to be able to learn the basics of Visual Controls. The Curriculum Manager allows management to easily track all training progress.
Visual Controls enables the workplace to be self explaining, regulating, and controlling. It is an essential element of Lean implementation in that it provides the ability to manage variances in process conditions (machines, materials, methods, manpower, methods), and in product outcomes (quality, delivery, cost) at the SOURCE where and while the product is being made.
