Lean Advisors Enters a New Phase

Over the past decade, Lean Advisors has grown from its Ottawa roots to become a team of consultants spanning North America, supporting Lean transformations in healthcare, education, government, and industry.  Growth, however, brings its challenges, and recently it became clear that we needed some high-level business expertise on our management team to bring our company to the next level.

I am pleased, therefore, to announce that Chad Morissette, a highly successful entrepreneur and business strategist, has agreed to take on this challenge.  As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, he will lead Lean Advisors to the next stage of growth and impact.  Chad’s remarkable track record and his passion for our business will help us expand our practice to provide a wider range of services, and a secure and successful future for our customers and staff.

I am also pleased to announce that Mike Boucher, a Lean Advisors veteran with 20-years industry experience, will assume the position of Vice President, Client Services.  In his new role, Mike will oversee client relationships, manage the allocation of consulting resources, and further develop our consulting methodology.

Chris Leonard, formerly Vice President, Client Services, has left Lean Advisors to pursue other opportunities, and we wish him success in his new endeavors.

We are excited about our new management direction, and look forward to realizing our own transformation to a bigger and stronger KILA.

Larry Coté, President and CEO, KILA
