Lean Facilitator Training
The Lean Facilitator Training is an intensive four day program for high capability individuals in your company who will lead the Lean events and the implementation of the Lean tools. These individuals will become the Lean experts in the company. This program takes you through the culture, methodology, and objectives of Lean implementation.
