Lean Advisors is proud to provide our Lean Green Belt Certification Program to qualified candidates and companies. It is designed to be conducted in parallel with and in support of a Lean implementation effort. It is 5 days of intense learning for a maximum of 10-12 people. There are the 20 Lean topics, each presented as a unit of learning.
Certification Criteria:
- Full participation in a Lean Implementation Program or Lean Fast Track Program
- Actively working in support of one (or multiple) Value Stream(s)
- Candidates can come from various parts of the enterprise, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, stores, purchasing, planning, transportation
Prerequisite: Lean Fast Track
Duration: 5 Days
Certification Criteria:
- Completion of the Lean Green Belt Program
- Lead a major kaizen project in their own Value Stream (or facility)
- Co-facilitate one of the Lean Training Workshops
- Lead and Complete a Kaizen within the Future State Implementation Plan
- Receive approval/certification from both their company executive and Lean Advisors.
