Typical Agenda
Primary Assessment - 1 day
Enterprise Value Stream mapping EVSM™ and Energy Value Stream Mapping EnVSM™
Days 1-3: Advisors complete Current State maps, EVSM and EnVSM. Then analyze and identify all value and non-value.
Days 3-5: Environmental expert, together with the client Team works on the Environmental Future State and collects technical data associated with energy consumption and pollution prevention.
Goal – to analyze and develop detailed Plans to transform the Value Stream using KAIZEN Lean and to additionally develop an energy Implementation Plan that coincides with the KAIZEN Lean transformation both culturally and technically. Time permitting, we will also complete an analysis of the overall facility energy waste. The ultimate result is the client has an executable Plan and has a predetermined, measurable financial savings target, through energy savings and process improvement of the selected Value Stream(s) as they move toward the Future State.
