Hoshin Planning Workshop Overview
Hoshin Planning results in an aligned team, effectively pursuing, an agreed-upon Lean strategy for your Value Streams. During this workshop, your Value Stream team creates its Vision for the Value Stream; it’s Key Results Areas, Key Results Measures, Key Strategies, and Key Operating Principles. The outcome of this Hoshin Plan Framework is a set of 90- Day Kaizen Actions that’ll achieve the Key Results as verified by the Key Measures.
