Kanban - 2-Day Workshop Overview
Kanban workshop is designed to enable Value Stream members to set up a complete pull system within their Value Stream. Kanbans are the cards or "visual" signal parts of the system, while Supermarkets are the physical storage locations for specifically sized quantities of materials. Kanbans and Supermarkets work together to establish and maintain a true pull all the way from the customer back through the producer to the supplier(s).
