KAIZEN Lean Assessment

One of the most obvious questions a company can ask when thinking about using KAIZEN Lean to transform their organization is - "Where do we start with KAIZEN Lean?" The second question should be - "How do we implement KAIZEN Lean the 'right' way?"

They want to apply KAIZEN Lean, they know it is important to do so but they also realize that the key to success is to have an effective KAIZEN Lean Implementation Plan specific to their situation and environment. Without an effective KAIZEN Lean strategy or plan to guide them, they know they will either fail totally or at least not maximize their potential.

We meet with your leadership, discuss the current situation, the current strategy / direction, and then we tour your value streams. We do an Assessment on your present state including leadership, staff and operations (both office and floor, if applicable). From the information gathered throughout the day, we then work out a future state plan on how to effectively implement KAIZEN Lean.

The future state plan will highlight:

• who needs to be involved


• what sequence of events needs to happen


• in what time frame


• the expected results

All the necessary information and data is collected throughout the day in order to design the appropriate implementation plan for a successful KAIZEN Lean transformation.
