Six Sigma for Explosive Profit Growth
Green belts are employees that as part of their job function help to implement six sigma projects throughout the company. This workshop is designed to transfer problem solving as well as key measurement skills to the participants. It provides the participants knowledge of the Six Sigma methodologies and an introduction to process management using the basic tools of Six Sigma. The workshop will be delivered using a combination of theory and hands on work. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring the candidates know how six sigma fits with Lean. At the end of the training the candidates will have the skill and confidence to conduct green belt projects

Prerequisites
Novices to KAIZEN Lean implementation should attend 'Introduction to KAIZEN Lean' first to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts and principles of KAIZEN Lean. We also recommend Enterprise Value Stream Mapping before Green Belt so you’ll know where to apply this important tool and what results are required to meet the customer demand.
