TPM Advanced (4 days)

Objectives
During the seminar participants will gain insight into the entire build up of the TPM management system and will be able to contribute to the introduction of TPM. They will learn the TPM tools for the recording, prevention, or reduction of losses in the process sequences. They will be able to work for operators to create training and maintenance modules. The session will be completed at a host companies supply chain, in a real world analysis.

5S – Workplace Organization and Visual Controls (2 days)

Objectives
During the seminar participants will learn the true benefits of implementing 5S, strategically while optimizing the environment, improving safety, making processes lean. In addition these standards there will be extra focus on visual controls, visual measures, and visual communications in the workplace.

Human Error Elimination and Root Cause Analysis (3 days)

Objectives
The session is designed to provide an understanding and awareness in the application of the KAIZEN Lean Mistake Proofing Tool as well as Effective Root Cause Analysis. This is completed by presenting content on mistake proofing theory, methodology, application, examples, through classroom exercises and providing supporting materials and job aids for implementing mistake proofing events. The information in this session is extremely useful in any industry that requires effective elimination of human error.
