TFM / KAIZEN Lean Supply Chain Advanced (5 days)

Objectives
Participants will learn the methods and tools of KAIZEN Lean Supply Chain /TFM and Lean Supply Chain Management SCM (Supply Chain Management). Participants will learn to visualize, analyze and evaluate the flow of material and information using the Enterprise VSM™  (Value Stream Mapping) method. They will develop an ideal flow on the basis of practical examples and create a plan for the implementation of measurable objectives

KAIZEN Lean Coach (4 days)

Objectives
Participants will understand the significance of education and training for the implementation of improvement projects. They will learn methods and techniques to coordinate and manage teams to achieve successful KAIZEN Lean improvement projects. They will be able to work out and implement training and improvement KAIZEN lean workshops.

Objectives
Further KAIZEN®/TPM® and Lean tools and methods will be presented and exercised upon for the purpose of reducing losses and wastage or even completely eliminating same. Participants will get to know how to work with TPM® on the ZERO Line Principles and the steps required for the elimination of standstill and
set-up times.

TQM – Total Quality Management (3 days)

Objectives
Participants will get an overview of the KAIZEN® Lean TQM system and how it functions. Participants will learn how to assess the quality system of their company using a matrix diagram. Using the KAIZEN® Lean quality matrix, they will practice the implementation of the Zero-Fault-Strategy in a business game.

KAIZEN Lean Office / KAIZEN Lean Administration / TSM (3 days)

Objectives
The aim of this KAIZEN Lean seminar is to make participants aware of wastage in the office and service area and to enlist their cooperation in wider value creation initiatives in their own workplace. The focal point of the seminar is the systematic improvement of processes and procedures with the aid of proven KAIZEN® Lean methods. This saves costs and leads to higher internal and external customer satisfaction.
