KAIZEN Lean Fast Track Program
The KAIZEN Lean Fast Track Program is an end-to-end system focused on a Value Stream Transformation Pilot of 3 months. One or two value streams are selected and all activities are analyzed to determine value and non-value (waste). An Implementation Plan is developed detailing the systematic elimination of the waste.
Program Duration: 3-4 months
Program Level: New to KAIZEN Lean
KAIZEN Lean Implementation Program

KAIZEN Lean Enterprise Transformation Program
An end-to-end (system) focused, Enterprise Value Stream Transformation. Multiple Value Streams are selected for the transformation. All activities in these Value Streams will be analyzed to determine value and non-value (waste). An Enterprise Implementation Plan will be developed that details how the waste will be systematically eliminated.

KAIZEN Lean Leadership and Change Management
To manage change ‘the right way’, executives need to set clear targets for measurable return even in the so-called ‘soft skills’ training associated with change. Too often Change Management programs seem to focus on ‘feel good’ platitudes rather than on creating behavioral benchmarks.

Introduction to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
This four day long training class provides on-site analysis of your current state maintenance program. Recommendations for improvements to achieve the first steps of a Total Productive Maintenance program (TPM) are presented. Training a selected team on TPM principles is one of the objectives along with implementing TPM processes. The team will leave the session with a detailed understanding of TPM, how to start the process and the benefits. The team will be provided with a customized implementation plan for achieving the first steps of TPM.
Total Quality Management (TQM)
We can deliver on-site at your organization a straightforward two-day problem solving workshop that teaches your people the tools that they need to find the root causes of most value stream quality problems, and then shows them how to implement permanent fixes to these problems. Real problems from the workplace are used in class as practice examples.
