- Supermarket-Principles
- Internal and External logistics
- Optimization of supply chain
- Standard Work, ergonomics and quick changeover/SMED
- Visual Management, One Point Lessons, and qualification matrix – what about them do we learn? How to use, why important, what?
- Learn how to motivate people to implement TFM and to create a successful model line to spread excitement.
