His Lean experience includes industries such as aerospace, steel making, cable manufacturing, ultraviolet equipment, machining, housing products, sporting goods, investment casting, and printing. While at Morton International/ Autoliv, Bill was a co-facilitator on their Lean Implementation team. Autoliv's have become a world leader in automotive safety products and won the Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence in 2003!
