With 16+ years experience, Chris' Lean experience has come from working in and/or consulting with clients in such industries as pharmaceuticals, food, heavy equipment manufacturing, plastics, wire and cable assemblies, transformers, electronics, food and beverage containers and high volume consumer products.

Teaching Lean, Kaizen facilitation and driving change is where Chris' passion lies. His work over the years has yielded improvements in all parts of the Value Stream. This includes providing direct support to Senior Management as well as assisting multiple sites across an organization in implementing Lean.
