Chris has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments across a broad range and size of industries. He has used his coaching and presentation skills in several successful manufacturing companies in both the UK and USA, i.e. Rover, English China Clay, Courtalds, Potterton, Rabone-Chesterman, Creda, Tube Industries, Innovative Metal Fabrication, J.W. Singer, Medtronic, APW, Endwave, Balanced Body, Stokes Ladders, Siemens, Manex and Roplast Industries.



Between 1983 to 1996 Chris worked in the UK as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering consultant. He played a key role in teaching companies how to identify key operational problems and recognize them as opportunities for improvement. During this time, he also improved his own knowledge base and gained valuable hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9000. Chris and his wife relocated to the USA in February 1996 and since this time he held positions as:
