Dhruv is a Lean Expert and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has led, executed, and advised on Lean / Six Sigma projects covering many facets of business including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, engineering, customer service, and human resources.

Dhruv has helped companies increase inventory efficiency, reduce changeover times, elevate quality levels, and dramatically reduce both manufacturing and non-manufacturing lead times through waste elimination and data-driven problem solving. In his 7 years as a Lean / Six Sigma professional, he has helped companies save over USD $50 million. One of his projects increased the sales revenue of a site by 10% through elimination of cosmetic issues with the product to allow breakthrough into high quality markets. Another helped a site increase its inventory turns by 300% through standardization and using statistical replenishment techniques. Yet another project reduced the amount of time a site took to submit a tender by 88% through the removal of non-value added activities. These projects and many others have given Dhruv a strong track record in providing solutions for breakthrough improvements in key metrics affecting sales, cost, quality, and delivery through the use of the DMAIC process and Lean strategies.

Along with leading, advising, and coaching, Dhruv has also conducted training at multiple sites in Asia and Australia. He has trained Lean Leaders, Lean Facilitators, Black Belts, Green Belts, Champions, and Executives to create the infrastructure required for a self-sustaining continuous improvement culture.

Dhruv holds a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and received his Master Black Belt training from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies (SBTI) in San Marcos, Texas, USA. He is fluent in English, Thai, and Hindi.
