Dominique Giguère

Dominique’s expertise includes facilitation (French and English), management and delivery of employee and organization development programs, instructional design, train-the-trainer, and professional development design and delivery for educational and multi-media organizations.
She is known as an energetic and inspiring speaker and is adept at influencing others to take a goal-oriented approach, demonstrating initiative, focus and accountability. One of Dominique’s particular areas of expertise is quality monitoring and evaluation of training programs. She is the co-founder and co-chair, Canadian Society for Professional and Organization Development in Higher Education, and Co-chair, Coordinating Committee on Human Resources Development, Ontario Colleges.
Ms. Giguère is currently Director, Organizational Effectiveness Division, Seneca College and is an Associate Advisor to Lean Advisors Inc. She has BSc, Biology (Trent University), BEd, Math, Science and Technology (York University), MEd, Adult Education (Berne University) and is currently in the final stages of her PhD studies in learning competencies and employee development.
