Elizabeth has over 18 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, supply chain management, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. She has a track record of assisting in the design and implementation of reporting procedures that reduce labor costs and improve customer-satisfaction ratings utilizing Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies. She has a talent for identifying customer needs and offering solutions to help them achieve World Class Status by the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.

Elizabeth has a demonstrated ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased repeat and referral business. 
As a Trainer, Coach and Mentor she has helped companies world wide to learn to think “Lean” and be able to achieve higher productivity, shorter lead times, reduction in inventories, and elimination of all waste while doing it at the lowest cost.

Education:
Elizabeth has a Masters in Lean and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. She graduated top of her class from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Double degree in International Business and Logistics & Transportation. She is Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and can communicate in French and Italian.
