Justin has spent his career leading major organizational change. He completed his graduate work with a thesis on the application of Quality Management principles in service organizations. He has spent the last 17 years in management and executive roles in some of the worlds largest service organizations from retail banking, through high technology to consulting, where he now provides strategic advice and executive support to both the public and private sector as they work to transform their organization.
