Kevin has over 25 yrs of experience in the areas of Engineering, Calibration, Maintenance, Validation, Project/Process Engineering, Instrumentation, Quality Assurance. He has designed/implemented Lean programs for office, shop level, and upper management. He has taught Lean concepts, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen events, Total Productive Maintenance, Single Piece Flow, Theory of Constraints, SMED.



He has held leadership positions for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies for over 25 yrs. He has mentored improvement teams that have achieved reduced: changeover time by 75%, quality defects by 75%, material handling times by 50%, process testing times by 50%, increased production efficiency after changeover by over 50%, 25% reduction in inventory levels. He creates and executes business strategies and processes that streamline operations, improve revenue, increase profitability, improve quality.
