Luis has over 15 years of Lean experience in the areas of health care, manufacturing leadership, process engineering and distribution leadership. Most recently he has worked with a multi hospital system as both a hands-on consultant within the nursing units and in ancillary units improving clinical, support and administrative processes as well as serving as an advisor to the executive offices focusing on strategic initiatives and their deployment. Luis has also played a key role in a variety of industries including textiles, clothing, hi-tech/electronics, window manufacturing, job shops, and continuous processing environments. His key areas of expertise include Lean; Six Sigma; Operations Service and Manufacturing

- Luis has led Lean transformations both culturally and technically in the US, Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Italy and Canada in addition he speaks Spanish and English fluently and can communicate effectively in French and Portuguese.
Education:
Luis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a MS in Management in addition to TPS (Lean) training from Toyota Supplier Support System and Six Sigma training from a GE Master Black Belt.
