Robert is helping businesses today on operational excellence, strategic differentiation, and product innovation using the concepts of Lean.

After his studies in engineering and business administration, he launched his career in industrial engineering consulting in the early 90s. Robert was a co-founder of a business specializing in Lean manufacturing and supply chain management but sold his business to a large consulting firm. This move allowed Robert to expand his experience in strategic management consulting with Ernst & Young.

Robert has occupied positions in manufacturing businesses with annual income ranging from 40 to 225 million dollars as vice president R&D, vice president operations, and general manager.

During those years, he has realized numerous strategic projects in lean manufacturing, plant layout and consolidation, operational turnaround, product development, and supply chain management.

Robert has worked with many clients including Exfo, Ford Motor Company, Groupe Victor, Joseph Ribkoff, Kruger, Labatt, Les Industries de la Rive-Sud, Multina, Prévost Car, Rona, Tembec.
