Victor is a senior consultant and advisor with over 20 years of experience in public and private sector industries. He has developed practical, field-tested tools and methodologies that he adapts to each project and transfers to the client’s personnel and teams. He brings energy, passion and humor to every assignment. Before entering consulting, he held senior executive positions with a number of firms as V.P. Marketing/Sales. He has held executive positions with start-ups in a wide range of industries.



Victor's work focuses on the development/implementation of strategies relating to communications, stakeholder relations, organizational change/effectiveness, marketing/sales and executive coaching. He has long term consulting relationships with such giants as EDS and Accenture and has worked with clients in North America and Europe. His broad based business knowledge and communication skills have been applied to the co-ordination of numerous conferences including the only International Lean Conference in Ottawa. This Conference made him a dedicated advocate and champion for Lean.



His involvement in Sustainable "Green" Development made him a valuable contributor in the development of The Lean and Green Solution and our new Energy Value Stream Mapping tool. Lean and Green go hand in hand as leading organizations see the value of operating on the basis of the Triple Bottom Line, social, environmental and economic performance.
