Rosslynn Shortt, Associate

Rosslynn Shortt has more than 15 years experience in adult learning. She is a Business Coaching trainer and is also certified to debrief and apply DISC Style Analysis, Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values, and Attributes Index assessment tools from TTI International.



She has facilitated training programs and delivered coaching services for: Manulife Financial, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, City of Waterloo, Louisiana Pacific Canada, Northern Digital Inc., Woodbine Entertainment Group.

A former Professor at Conestoga College, she has designed, revised and updated courses in Developmental Psychology, Conflict Management, Communications, and Thinking Skills. She developed curriculum for the Performance Management module of the Post-Diploma Human Resource Development Program at Conestoga College (a full-time program delivered primarily on-line).


Ms. Shortt has published a number of articles in journals of applied psychology. She is past chair and member of the Board of the John Howard Society and Co-chair of the South Central organizing committee of the Ontario Society of Training and Development.


Education:
Rosslynn Shortt has a BA, from Wifrid Laurier University, a MASc, Psychology, from the University of Waterloo, and is a former Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo. She has Level 1 and 2 certification in Mediation from the University of Toronto.
