Areas of expertise over 20 years of in-depth experience in business development, stakeholder relations, lean process improvements, project leadership, lean startup, capital & finance planning projects and contract development. Industry specialties: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare (both public and private sector), Government, Manufacturing & Financial sectors.

  • Initiated development of lean business management practices in healthcare sector leveraging lean expertise from other industries.

  • Brought lean expertise to 20+ healthcare organizations from Hospitals to clinics, senior homes and other publicly run healthcare facilities.

  • Embedded Lean Best management practices in Hospitals, clinics, other healthcare facilities: providing strategic planning support, training & development and lean process improvements workshops and consulting.

  • Director, Customer Service and Program Management overseeing multiple Lean Projects across Refurbishment, HR, Project Management, Security Clearance, Tool Management, and Work Authorization processes for the Darlington Nuclear Station.

  • Organized project scope, developing budget and timelines, coordinating teams internally at the client. Supported strategic direction and alignment between multiple stakeholder groups.
