Lean Helps Improve Performance in Home Health
One of the greatest health care challenges facing our country is ensuring that older Americans with serious chronic illness and other maladies of aging can remain as independent as possible. Additionally, the financial health of federal and state governments also hangs in the balance because of the implications for Medicare and Medicaid costs. Home health for seniors and people with disabilities can help rein in costs, give people better health outcomes and the kind of care they want. Baystate Visiting Nurse Association leadership decided to meet those challenges by using Lean. Read more »
